1908 Ayres Inn is a historic property where every guest reservation is both important and special to us. If your travel plans change and you must cancel your reservation, please be aware of the cancellation policy. A 14 day or greater notice and a $25.00 Processing Fee is charged for regular reservations. For Special Events such as festivals, peak periods, and group reservations, a 21 day or greater notice is required and a $55.00 processing fee is charged.

In the unlikely event that you must cancel with less than the outlined notice, shorten your stay or check out early, please understand that we must ask you to take responsibility for your entire reservation. If we can rebook your room(s), a gift certificate for a return stay will be issued, sorry no refunds.
