from their website. I surprised
my husband with my choice of
lodging and he loved it! One
of the best things about this
B & B was the attention to detail
in order to make one’s stay
more comfortable. They have
movies available to watch,
a great espresso machine,
beverages and refreshments
for their guests’ convenience,
and incredibly comfortable
beds. The house and rooms
were exquisitely decorated and
updated while still retaining the
historic beauty of the home. I felt
as if I was in a luxury boutique
hotel, and the price was quite
reasonable. It seemed like no
detail was forgotten and I
can’t think of anything that
would make the 1908 Ayres Inn
any better than it is.

1908 Ayres Inn Bed and Breakfast Policies
The following general terms and conditions apply to reservations booked with 1908 Ayres Inn Bed and Breakfast.
Payments
We accept AMEX, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, Diners Club as well as travelers checks and cash - *GIFTCARDS are no longer accepted. Checks are not accepted. A valid credit card is required to make a reservation. Group reservations (more than one room reserved), weddings and other events require 50% deposit.
Hotel Tax
16.75% Hotel tax is not included in rates listed on this site.
Check-In
Guided Check-In available from 3 - 5PM. If arriving after 5PM please follow the "Self Check-In Instructions" provided in your confirmation e-mail. Check-out is 11AM.
Reservation Cancellation
The 1908 Ayres Inn is a historic property where every guest reservation is both important and special. If you travel plans change requiring you to cancel your reservation, please contact us at least 14-days prior to your arrival date. Special events (festivals and peak periods) require a 21-day cancellation to avoid penalty. Group reservations (entire house), Final Four, Christmas, New Years, Fiesta require a 21-day cancellation to avoid penalty. Deposit will be fully refunded provided these requirements are met. In the unlikely event you cannot meet the cancellation notice, shorten your stay or check-out early, your deposit will not be refunded and you will be responsible for the entire reservation unless the room can be rebooked. Reservations made within 2 weeks of checking in will be pre-paid and non refundable.

Children and Pets
Well-behaved children 10 years of age and older are always welcome!
Sorry, no pets are allowed. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.
